Use: Soba noodles are usually enjoyed in a broth, along with a variety of ingredients (seafood, eggs, shiitake mushrooms, seaweeds). They also can be eaten cold or dipped in a tsuyu sauce. 

Cooking instructions: Cook in a large volume of boiling water for 6 to 7 minutes.
