Tsuyu sauce is the basis of many dishes in Japan commonly used in soba and ramen.
Flavor: This traditional sauce without additives has a slightly sweet, smoky and deep taste rich in umami.
Use: Tsyu sauce will t well in your soups, grilled sh and tempura.
