The somens are thin, white wheat Japanese noodles usually consumed in a cold soup in summer. This somens are made in a traditional and artisinal manner.

Use: Somen noodles are usually enjoyed in a good dashi broth, or cold with mentsuyu sauce.

Cooking instructions: Cook in a big volume of water for 6 to 7 minutes depending on your preferences.
