Goto Tenobe Udon - Wheat Noodles 300g
Udons are among the most consumed noodles in Japan. They are large Japanese noodles made from soft wheat.
Use: Larger than other Japanese noodles varieties, udon are usually enjoyed in a broth along with other ingredients (braised pork, soft-boiled eggs, mushrooms, seaweeds etc.), or cold with a mentsuyu sauce.
Instructions: Cook the udons in a large quantity of boiling water for 6 to 7 minutes.
