Flavor: Its taste is very sweet with a good taste of bonito.

Use: Sanbaizu vinegar is a mix of three specific ingredients: rice vinegar, mirin and soy sauce. Bonito dashi has also been added to this one. Use it as seasoning for a salad or to go with seafood.

Ingredients: Rice vinegar (50%), Sugar, Soy sauce, Water, Salt, Mirin, Kombu Extract (Rishiri), Bonito Extract (2%), Dried bonito (Makurazaki) (0,5%)
