This exceptional vinegar is handcrafted from high-quality brown rice grown in Fukuyamacho (Kagoshima) and pure water from the mountains north of Hiroshima. Slowly fermented in jars , it develops a beautiful amber color, balanced acidity, and subtle toasted notes. It is suitable for traditional Japanese uses, such as marinating mackerel, as well as for everyday use as a replacement for cider vinegar.

This artisanal vinegar will allow you to marinate fish such as mackerel. It is perfect for your vinaigrettes. It can easily replace balsamic vinegar
