Organic Yuzu and Sesame Furikake 25g

Furikake is a mixture of roasted, salted seaweed and sesame seeds, ground into a powder. It was invented during World War II to enhance Japanese sailors' rice bowls. Very popular in Japan, it comes in many different flavors. This organic furikake is produced by our sesame farmer with roasted sesame in soy sauce, sea lettuce, and yuzu, which adds refreshing notes. It is additive-free

Furikake adds flavor and texture to many dishes. Traditionally, it's eaten with rice or rice balls, but it's also delicious with salads or fish and meat dishes. It pairs well with noodles such as udon. You can also use it to make tuna tataki, covering the fish with furikake to form a thin, flavorful crust.

Organic sesame (84%), organic yuzu peel (6%), salt, organic soy sauce (organic soy, organic wheat, salt), Aosa seaweed.
