This koikuchi soy sauce is made from organic Japanese soybeans and wheat and it has been matured 2 years.

Flavor: A typical flavor of koikuchi soy sauce : deep, long, round and very rich in umami. 

Use: It can be used in all your preparations often in place of salt, it is preferable to use it as a final touch (for example for sushi, sashimi, or salad dressings) rather than for cooking, considering the high quality of this product.

Ingredients: Organic Soybean (20%), Organic Wheat (18%), Salt (12%), Water (50%)

Keep in a cool dry place, away from light. Refrigerate after opening.
